A benefits scheme whose beneficiaries are defined by membership of a certain level of hierarchy or remuneration in the affiliated company. It is also often called a Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP) and is seen as a (non-compulsory) addition to the basic benefits scheme that covers all staff.

The military insurance covers all those who have an accident or fall sick during military, civil defence or community service.
